Yeah, I know. Actually, got it from American, it's a TechCraft. Only thing I could get on short notice since the table I had ordered was cancelled. I want to get one just like the audio rack. Need one that has sound isolation, like the audio rack. Trouble finding one for a 60"+.

I looked around forever on the audio rack and finally found what I was looking for.

I work for a solar energy consulting firm. It's just a 750sq ft 1 bedroom. My share for rent is $1,000. That's not really incredible here in Boston.

I'm trying to figure out where you are by your views... You're either in Charlestown, or in South Boston on the waterfront...

right?

Can't make it tonight. I don't have my car yet anyways... So I'd feel out of place.

People are generally nice but they are traditional, kind of reserved, not as open to meeting new people.

That's actually a great deal, and a brand new building.

Rent's in Boston average around $3.25 per square foot for brand new product. Coser to $2.750 overall I'd guess. Smaller units will be higher, and larger units will be lower, on either side of the average. I'd guess average SF to be in the 900sf range for downtown.

We're aggressive drivers. Lots of local pride - lots of sports fans, and attitude comparable to New York or DC. No where near as laid back as Florida, or CA. Lots of different neighborhoods, many are very old and established, which makes for a very diverse and fun town with lots of genuine characteristics in a pretty small geographic area.

The tea was dumped into the harbor, not the river.

Oh, and we have a lots of really big tunnels.

Which make using navigation (essential around here) and cellphones impossible.

BTW I pay $1000, but that's just half the rent since my dad is helping out after my boyfriend left. That's what I meant when I said "my share".

Bah. The cell phones work in the tunnels now, which is great. As for NAV, I grew up here, so I only use it when I'm outside of 128.

My cell phone died the other day going through a tunnel from South End to South Boston.
