Load Relative at 50% of Target all around

Hi All,

I've recently had my N13B16A rebuilt in singapore and have encountered a span of nightmares. Car doesn't run properly, misfires and stalls. The following item has been replaced but to no avail.

It was first rebuilt due to excessive oil consumption and smoking at idling (Non PCV related).

The workshop that did the rebuild has waved the whiteflag citing that they've tried swapping every single part with a working N13B16A from another running car and it didn't help including fuel injectors, MAP, MAF, DME.

Pistons, Wossner 9520DA
Timing Chain and Timing Guide
Valve Seals
Top Block surface skimmed
Valvetronic Motor
Vanos Intake & Exhaust
Throttle Body (Jamming after reinstall).
Intake Boot
Spark Plug & Coils
Hybrid Turbo
HPFP & LPFP + Relay.

And probably a few more i didn't list here.
