I got one that's pretty new. Was replaced by the dealer at 78000kms and taken off at 10500kms. $200 shipped.

When mine failed I went to JR Auto in Oakville and got an AA Rodriguez Race Pipe. I got rid of both the EGR Cooler (the stupid spring will fail again) and the EGR Valve and got a Stage 2 Tune with DPF delete. Had the swirl port flaps removed at the same time and fitted blanking plates
I also replaced my harmonic balancer with a Fluidampr unit from AA Rodriguez. I don't know how many km you have on your "d". Mine has just over 190,000 km and I've just had a fairly major transmission overhaul done as well as having the bearings in the differential replaced (starting to whine). I had this work done at Toronto Automatic Transmission in Etobicoke - waaaay cheaper than the dealership and it runs like new again Next on the list is replacing the DEF tank level sensor with the VW part. This car is fun but everything associated with the emissions system keeps having minor irritating faults. |

Uh, you're not using DEF anymore my friend. Everything has been disabled with the JR tune.
