FS (MD): VRSF 5" stepped core intercooler
SOLD!!!
For sale: VRSF 5" stepped core intercooler. All connectors and T-bolt clamps are included. Also included is the aluminum discharge pipe that runs up to the OEM charge pipe. The original mounting screws/studs weren't made of stainless steel and not worth removing/reusing so you will need 2 new mounting screws which can be purchased at any hardware store. This was installed on a 2008 335i. I'm located in New Market, MD, near Frederick. Selling because I'm preparing the car for sale and no longer need this. Price: SOLD! This was installed in a 2008 sedan. I thought these stepped ICs were the same fitment for both sedan and coupe but don't know for sure. I went this route because I wanted something that was drop in fitment with no cutting so it would be reversible.

Somehow a PM or two got dropped from my inbox.
This has been installed for 3 years and was purchased in 2015 if that gives an indication of what version it is (assuming there are multiple). Haven't been much into BMW tuning in the past 5 or so years. |

Yes, it's a 2008 sedan. I'm in the process of returning it stock but if you or someone else are interested in it with the aftermarket parts those would of course be included. The reason for returning to stock is two-fold: I've considered getting an offer from CarMax or a similar dealer who would want a stock car and in private sales most buyers aren't interested in the aftermarket parts so they may detract from the value of the car. I haven't listed it yet since I'm in the process of cleaning it up and returning it to stock but would certainly leave the aftermarket parts on if it's preferred that way. |

116k miles on the car (30k on the intercooler )
I bought it new from Tischer (BMW of Silver Spring now) in 2008. Manual transmission, sport, premium, and cold packages. Currently lowered with Koni dampers on 19” M3 rep wheels with OEM spares. |
