Basic MOST question - upper vs lower.

Retrofitting satellite to my E90 LCI, I'm looking at the directions for moving satellite fiber to the MOST loop.

I'm unsure which is the 'upper side' vs the 'lower side' of the active distribution block.

Below is a clip from the PDF directions, and a pic of my MOST block. Just by the way the block is oriented, the windshield side is 'upper' but that seems like weak logic, plus the position numbering seems upside down this way, as does the part number printed on the block (not shown in pic).

The directions don't help because the numbers are right side up on both ends.

So, which way is up?

Thanks.
