Yes I always have it set to unlock all doors so it'd be fine in that respect.
One day I'll sort it and post my results. I'm trying to wait until I have another retrofit ready to install to avoid removing all the trims twice.

Don't know if you're asking me directly but either way... Its literally strapped dead centre behind the rear bumper, quite high up.

wiring harness is in the making for both of you , hope to deliver them as soon as possible.

I have been busy with three wirings , two for e92 (one with PDC and the other without PDC) and one for e70 (including power wiring for soft close automatic doors). First wiring was already delivered (packaked one) and the other two i will ship tomorrow (e92 without PDC) and e70.

The e9x without PDC requires more work because i have to source the CAN H/L at the junctions box (longer CAN wires) instead of sourcing it at the PDC module (shorther wire)

Peoppe who got and will get the wirings from me is welcomed to post their feedback (good or bad, it s always room to improve )

I can help you with the CA key (that includes also adding 322 Comfort Option to your VIN). Your don t have to replace the CAS, you only need to code the car for 322 Comfort Access option. Once you get the key, you will need to plug it in the first time ( just like a regular key) to sync with the car and from that point on you can use it however you like ( normally or CA). Since the key is original from BMW, it means it s already known by your CAS so the CAS needs to be untouched ( not tampered by creating cloning keys or stuff like that), just like it was from the factory.
