My Civic SI had an LSD and my BMW doesn't..

In all honestly, my Civic SI with Navi had a pretty sick interior, with some fresh updated design. More "exciting" then my BMW.

However my BMW owns the Civic in performance, and it feels so much more solid. I bought it for handling/performance not interior looks, because alot of cars in the same price range had a better interior but I'd rather have performance.

You liked your Civic's interior more than your BMW Humm.... I own a Mustang GT that will rape my 3 series, and most 335's on here. That being said, my BMW is so much more fun to drive. I have a full Alpine Navi/DVD/everything setup in my Mustang, but I still like the BMW better. Call me stupid, but the germans know what they're doing when it comes to building an all around enjoyable car.

I think the Honda/Acura Nav is one of the best ones in the industry, my friend also owns a Honda SUV and the GPS is amazing. I don't get why BMW Navi is so crappy and slow. they should ask apple to make a new interface.

BMW, SHAME ON YOU,,,YOU SHOULD HAVE THE BEST NAVI..
Now i don't feel so bad not buying the bmw navi, thanks.

But the RTTI is the one thing i definitely like about the recent bmw 3 series navi.

The navi is slow as shit, horrible at giving real time traffic updates... prompts me to take alternate route when I'm cruising along at 80mph with minimal traffic. The whole idrive system sucks...presets would disappear and come back disappear again and come back. It sometimes takes forever to load my cds during start up or doesn't recognize that there is a disc. I expect a sport luxury vehicle to have all that entails the sport luxury title!!

I would have to agree here and say that Honda/Acura has one of, if not THE most, advanced navigation systems out there right now.

Well at least there's finally something to enjoy while in an Accord, because the driving couldn't get any more boring.

The accord is actually kinda of fun to drive. I think you may have it mistaken for a camry. The accord is one of the more family sedans, especially if you have one with the bigger v6.

nav

That makes since for someone who is buying a sports luxury vehicle. BMW does not do everything right but what they do right is driveline, suspension and brakeing that will out perform any honda. Model pending.

But price for price you'd have a hard time outperforming the S2000. And i dont think there is a BMW at any price that is "more fun" to drive than the S200. I do get your point, but BMWs, for the most part aren't sport cars. They are sport-luxury cars. Therefore, they often have the burden (fair or unfair) of being compared to both sports cars and luxury brands. I, personally think that its fair considering the premium that you pay for BMWs.

i don't get how some people don't expect the Nav to look a little better, when their car costs 40-50k.

yes, i'm sure most people here didn't buy the car because of the Nav, but come on...the nav in our cars looks pathetic.

i don't really think it's that hard for bmw to give it some nice colors and more pixles for a better/smoother display. also the search option is just retarded.

porsche, audi, MB, lexus, infinity, honda, acura etc....all of them have better displays

i think bmw IS cheap with our cars.

just because you put all your effort into making a car that is fun to drive...doesn't mean to can't make it look nice also (interior & exterior).

Like Daniel Boone is reported to have said - he never got lost, although he was temporarily disoriented once for 7 days.
