San Jose installs (CDV/Clutch Stop)

Hey guys, so I just bought a modified CDV and Clutch Stop a couple weeks ago for my car because I'm getting tired of the shitty performance shifting with the stock setup; however I thought I was going to get a chance to go home this summer and do the install myself but that's not possible anymore as I just got a second job which will keep me locked up 7 days a week.

To the point though, I now have no way of installing these parts myself so can someone recommend a shop in the San Jose area that will install these? I'd be willing to drive anywhere within 10-20 minutes but I would prefer it if there was somewhere in downtown SJ I could go to. Cost isn't really a problem either, I'll take quality over price any day of the week. Thanks!

I highly recommend Speed Element in Fremont. Definitely a great shop and extremely helpful.

+1 to this shop.

But if you want to save money, id DIY. It might take some time but definitely worth your time

It really is. You can read up all you want about how to please a woman, you can look at all the diagrams in the world, but just like the clitoris, you won't know what the hell an apex is before you actually find it.

I'd love to do it myself, but I unfortunately don't have the necessary tools/work space at my house in San Jose.

I thought the exact same thing but the tools needed are actually a lot less than expected. Just a few items like :
Jack, ramp, stands, a few hand tools, and a 1 man bleeder kit w/ fluid (dot4) oh and some extra pair of hands.
Look for the DIY and it'll literally cost nothing if you already have these things on hand. Just punch out the center and reinstall. Bleed and drive. From then on it'll balance the fluid out. After a week or 100 miles, check on the fluid and add accordingly it was worth it for me but I notice it more when traction is fully disabled
