Once the springs become a certain strength, its virtually impossible to eliminate the bov fluttering in ALL cases. If you are mid range boost and let off, it will flutter. If you are max boost and let off it may or may not do it. As far as the tone, the trumpeting noise, the bov at 15PSI made a more hollow sound and it let the air out a lot quicker than my ******. I think at 20-25+psi it will trumpet like that.
