E92 Performance Diffuser query
Looking to order one soon, for those who fitted one, do you actually need that extra new under tray piece to be able to fit it?

You don't need the undertray to fit the diffuser but it probably does help a bit with aerodynamics. Mine is a genuine oem performance diffuser bought about a year ago from BMW (thanks Raj! ) and mine never came with the undertray

Thanks mate, I'll grab the one that doesn't have the tray, seems to be considerably cheaper as well without the tray.

I bought a diffuser from SSDD and I was able to cut the existing undertray to fit...

I had an OEM one for my e92 and it would only fit when I used the new undertray. This was on a 320d though (single exhaust setup) so maybe it's different for a 335i setup?
