Thoughts are that car is very common meaning there might be backend bmfs incentives for the dealer to keep the car. there are sooo many 328 bmwfs prob wont want his car back at 30k bc they will loose badly at auction(good for you)and 30k is close to 335i territory.
To avoid the penalty or test the market list it for sale on cars.com and autotrader for 30kplus taxes. So $33k and see if it sells you will avoid turn in fees and overage fees. CPO is so inflated I wasn't able to get them to budge. Your car is probably 3-4k for CPO. 30k plus tax over 5ys is under $700. Lots of lease options at that payment! My 2 cents are worth $36 aaaaaaaand change. |
