Ok.....finally....wheels and tires mounted. They look sick (as in phat sick). couple of first impressions: the concavity is perfect...very aggressive. Especially the rears. I had several SA's, CA's, and techs looking over my car before I left. The concensus was that they are definately not csl's, they have their own very unique qualities. I think it's a combo of the concavity and the thickness of the spokes.

Mounted on GY Eagle F1's, I actually thought at first that the ride was less smooth then the Bridgestones, but by the time I got home I really couldn't tell the diff. For those of you who are going for the 275/245's, it looks like you should have room, albiet a bit close on the rears.

The Eagle/Morr combo looks like a racing set up. They look incredible together.

Please keep in mind that I am not a photographer for a very good reason, although there is one "artsie" pic at the end.

Thank you Carlos...it might have taken a bit longer then planned, but damn was it worth it!!

So whats your recommendation on the 245/275? Too close to call, or go for it? I have a set of 235/265 but have time to swap them out for 245/275.

From those pics it looks like 275s on a lowered e92 should cause some rubbing. Please somebody confirm this before I order some tires, lol.

Wow that setup looks like really nice! What profile are the fronts and rears? 35 and 30? Are you on sport suspension?

Yep - basically what the M3/E39 M5 guys are going for aftermarket 19's...

BZ

btw - these pics do the setup ZERO justice - the 275's are so aggressive looking from the rear it's pathetic...

I am happy with my 235/265 set up, however now that I see yours I think I should have gone with the 245/275's. I was really worried about rubbing, but it looks like you clear by just enough on the rears.

Wow, the Goodyears must be a wide tire, because I thought you were 245/275. They look wider than the PS2 (though they have a more square sidewall).

Congrats; they do look incredible on your car, and I agree with your 'uniqueness and concavity' comments.

they are horrible to keep clean... I've already told my local detailer that he's going to be getting a lot more business from me in the future - I've cleaned them like 3 times since Friday and each time is worse than the last... PITA!

funny thing is - I've had several comments from people that have seen the car in person that are shocked when I tell them they are 19"... they all think they are bigger - I attribute that to the "no lip" design...

That's a big fat freaking ditto from me. The area behind the lip/spokes is very visable....so this has to be cleaned as well. That's why I waxed that area up before my install, so I could nail it with a hose.

As low as my car is..I dont think I could have gone with 245/275 without rubbing.
