Good SA's at Fields?
My gf woke up to a tire that was completely flat this morning, in addition to her pass side seat giving off the seat belt alert rings when no one is in the seat. She called fields and was told that because she didn't buy the car from fields, they wouldn't give her a loaner car during any of the warranty work. I bought my car from Reeves, have never had it serviced there, and have always been able to get a loaner when I needed one. By chance, can anyone recommend a good SA at fields that may be able to get her hooked up with a loaner while her car is in for repairs?

Go see Jason A. Not sure about the loaner but I think it is true from what I have heard that if you didn't buy the car from them they can't give you a loaner at no charge.

fields policy is that you have to have purchased there to get their loaner vehicles.
My SA is dave susa. I highly recommend him

Fields used to give you loaners on cars not purchased there but they no longer provide that service. Just get on priceline and name your price for a rental. It's cheaper than any car rental places. You can get cars for around $15 a day.
No SA is going to go out of their way to hook you up with anything free or doing anything that might make them lose their jobs. |
