Missing clip for intercooler/turbo help please

Hi all, fairly new to the forums been looking at the forum a while but never had the need to post, i have a problem with a clip that has come off 1 of my piped which now I have no power to engine i presume turbo air intake pipe or something I will attach a photo of suspect part I need to know what the clip is so i can order a replacement.
