Any picts of a RWD 328 wagon with sports package?

This car is pretty rare (in the US at least). I kinda wonder how many even exist here.

Anyone have any pictures of a RWD wagon with the sports suspension? I'm guessing it looks a lot different than the 328xi since it has bigger wheels and a 1.4" drop in suspension height.

Thanks!

^^ I'm a fan of the wagon. I wish they had a 335i or M3 E91 in the U.S.

I have one. It looks like the one in the picture, except it's white and dirty.

I didn't think sports suspension wagons were much more rare than the wagons in general.

Geeze - that does look a bit different than the 328xi, expecially with the 1.4" drop in ride height.

As for the rare part - the sport suspension only comes on the RWD models, and there were not any RWD wagons in the first year of production.

Wagons in general are rare in North America (10% in this type of car). All of the wagons I have seen are AWD. I don't know what the percenages are, but there don't seem to be many RWD e91 wagons. Add to that, the sports supension, and I think its pretty rare to have a wagon with the sport supsension (probably less than 1 out of 100).

The sport package in Europe costs something like 6000 Euro. That comes with the different front/rear bumpers and rocker pannels which you can add here after purchase.

I imagine may take mine over to germany some day as I can buy the car here for 1/2 of what it costs in Germany (although the 20% sales tax doesn't help Germans much)

Great! So my BMW ZSP 6MT wagon is rare or uncommon (or an "orphan").

I also have one of a handful of '98 Volvo V70 T5 wagons with manual transmissions imported.

Majikthese42, did your dealership give you flak for ordering a MT ZSP E91, I can't imagine that to be a popular combo on an E91.

I'm actually considering one myself, the E91 has so much mod potential

Very cool. Glad to know I'm not the only one who thinks the Touring looks sexy.

And especially:

That is pretty much what I am leaning to for an ED. Can't be many of them around - sure is a unique combo. I think if it was a lease (mine is a purchase) they would just send it off to auction.

It would take a while to sell a car like that (or sticks in general), but if you are patient enough to find someone looking for a car like that it would be an easy sell.

I'm thinking that many people who buy the wagon lean towards the soccer mom stereotype, and would rather have AWD and an Auto trans, rather than RWD, Sport, MT.
