Coil-Over Suspension Settings?

I tried posting this over on the suspension board, but no responses. Maybe the racers with coil-overs can help.

I'm having the JIC Cross Coil-Overs installed as soon as I get my wheels and wanted to find out all the suspension settings to help timing with the install. These are going on my 330i, not the 325xi.

What are all the camber settings with camber plates? Alignment? Any other settings I'd need?

Again, I have the Cross Coil-Overs with UUC adjustable sway bars. I'll be running 18x8.5 fronts and 18x9.5 rears. I will be doing MOSTLY street driving for sure with several track days per year. Maybe some autocross as well.

Thanks for your help.
