NL56343 I am stumped. the car was driven while it had frozen water in it and was heated to 250ish degrees. the water pump was replaced due to it quit working and now the new pump will start the bleed procedure and will work when i use ista but it does NOT work while the car is running. when i measured the volts at the water pump plug with the KEY OFF- 12.1v/ .7v-.8v/ 6.9v-7.3v then with they KEY ON-11.8v/ 11.8v/ 6.4v also with the KEY ON ENGINE RUNNING- 13.6v/ 13.6/ 7.2-7.6v the voltage varies.. also at 1 point i did get a high voltage read on the temp sensor code, when i use ista i get a range of 14-18v and showing around 200c and growing on the temp sensor reading but it might be software related problem(MSV70)moslty german some english idk, when i check at the plug i get 3.2v cold. the secondary pump works when i activate the blower. and it ran the complete process for the bleed procedure using ista. it also 2e81 and 2e83 but they were cleared after pump replacement and while running it shows 15% which isnt enough to move water but the previouse pump would always have water running the return.
