I'm pretty sure most guys bake or use a heat gun and then pry them open. I've heard it's a bit more difficult for E90s though.

I've done it before (not my car, lol) but I am scared to do it to the e90... these headlights aren't cheap!

Here is my new setup:
Supplies: 94mm Inner rings from eBay 115mm Outer rings from eBay Transformer from any LED Angel eye kit to prevent errors

Here's another that I did for a client. Have only done a handful of these for people that are willing to spare the expense! For the record, no retouching has been done to the picture. Just good 'ol iPhone 5. |
