Looking to sell my 2006 BMW 330i 6 speed

I’m selling or trading my car in and would certainly appreciate the insight of this group to help price it properly.

2006 BMW 330i
6 speed manual
73k Miles
Silver on black leather
Sport/Premium/Cold Weather packages - For some reason a hard to find combo, especially with a manual transmission.
Xenon Headlights
BMW Assist
Satellite Radio
Rear shade package with electronic rear shade -First time I’ve seen this on a 3 series.
Bluetooth
All maintenance work has been done.
Less than 2000 miles on new tires
Exterior and interior of the car are in excellent condition with no flaws other than a few rock chips from normal driving.

I’m the second owner. It was a lease return out of Northern CA. I have had the car for the past 18 months or so. I absolutely love this car but a neck injury while skiing is making it difficult for me to drive and with a new house purchase I’m opting to go with something more utilitarian to haul things.

KBB lists private party sale between $17k on the low end and about $20,500 on the high. I think $20k isn’t realistic and $17k is too low.

Craigslist has dealers listing them from $20,800 to $25k but there is no apples to apples comparison and very few have the options mine has and the miles.

NADA lists retail at $22,400 which is too high in my opinion.

Autotrader has cars listed from $19,900 to $23,750.

Trade in value looks to be $17,500 on most sites which would equate to about $19k with the tax credit. I realize trade-in doesn’t mean much of anything until you sit down with a dealer to work a deal and it’s dependent on what you’re buying.

Any thoughts? I’d appreciate hearing what you’d list it for. I’ve sold a fair number of cars, lost count honestly, but the market has changed quite a bit recently.

They would never give you 17,500 for trade, maybe 14,000 so I wouldn't even try and go that route.

I've aleady talked to one dealer who was willing to go $17,400 on trade. In the end I opted to walk away from the vehicle I was looking at, nothing to do with the financials.

Well that would be an ok price, i just know here when I got a quote they reduced it by about 2k when I actually took it in.

Not willing to part it and doubt it's something you'd want to add after the fact. The rear shade is controlled by a button on the dash and the side shades are integrated into the doors (manual pulls).
