▀▄ eas | ESS N52 Supercharger Install Pictures
Just wanted to showcase our first ESS N52 supercharger kit. Install was relatively simple and was completed under a day. Stay tuned for updated Dyno sheets with before and after.

Wow. I've been away from e90post for a few years now and recently came back to research new brakes. I remember when this supercharger was all talk. It's really nice to see it become a real thing now.

What a sexy e91, and omg I can't wait to see the dyno sheets!
Anyone want to play the guessing game? Lol I say around 270whp. *edit* actually before I make a guesstimation, what type of dyno does EAS use?

Dynojets are pretty much the set standard. Yes, headers are installed also.

BOV wont work since the throttle is the valvetronic and there is no vacuum in the intake manifold to drive the BOV open when the valvetronic closes the "throttle". BOV is not necessary on low boost anyway. An intercooler would be nice. There isnt much room with the way things are piped. At such low boost the gains would probably not be worth the effort. Meth injection would give better cooling and would be easier to install. It will be interesting to see how the performance changes when the weather gets hot, so far the hottest I have driven the car with the SC has been in the 70s and it still drove great. Today its 12F, so no intercooler necessary! I think headers will be the biggest gain with the SC setup. After doing alot of repeated pulls or spirited driving on mountain roads, the Cats get hot; I can hear them snap, crackle, pop, like Rice Krispies when I stop. I want to put a set of headers on the car, but I dont want the car any louder than it is now with the PE. I need to come up with a resonator to put in, maybe the factory resonator in conjunction with the PE muffler.
