My first diesel car. Any "must-do's" ? (E90 320d)

Hi all.

Bought my first ever diesel car two weeks ago.
It's automatic and I can't find any transmission fluid change history so I'm booking a full flush appointment asap (154k km ).

Apart from that, what are the must-do's on a '07 320d?
- Swirl flaps delete?
- Egr delete?
- Dpf delete / downpipe?
... Anything else?

I'd like to have it stage1 tuned, but my concern is the gearbox. I've read about the 316d-320d having a weaker auto box/torque convertor (400nm max) compared to 325d+.

Also, should I do a downpipe install (if I decide to do so) before the tune/chip? Or doesn't that matter?

Thanks.
