Selling for a friend, he wants to let it go as is for 13K. It made 397 HP and 430 TQ in the past and the most recent run was 382 HP and 455 TQ. He lost most of his HP due to a misfire (I personally witnessed a huge dip in his HP curve right when the car was peaking due to the misfire). The misfire was just due to spark plugs, they have since been replaced and the car pulls so strong with no misfire. There is 108,XXX miles on the car, it is not equipped with Idrive and has a steptronic auto transmission (no slip). If you are curious about maintenance I am not sure, just pm me for vin and your local stealer can tell you all maintenance that has been completed on the car. He is willing to sell the car in other configurations but prefers not to part it out.

Mods: AMS intercooler, BOV, chargepipe, downpipes, vanguard exhaust, 18" VMR v710, COBB accessport, BMS DCI, Vargas Turbo stage 1 turbos with stock suspension, M3 rep front bumper, M sport rear bumper, dry CF mirror caps

Disclaimers: The car is almost 10 years old, it has very minor cosmetic issues with things like cup holders and the dreaded interior door handle melt.
The car is otherwise very clean and fun to drive.
