Car shakes for a few seconds every startup. But no error codes are given. What's your guess?

It would be useful if you gave us some kind of other details....like what kind of car it is.

How many miles on the car? When you say „shakes" does that mean an erratic idle? My first guess without any further info would be VANOS solenoids that are dirty and on their way out.

2011 328i. 95k miles. Shakes meaning the engine is erratic on startup before it smooths out. I had 1 vanos solenoid replaced not too long ago.

Shaking is usually related to idle. Could be plugs and coils causing a misfire, Vanos solenoids (if you replaced one, replace the other), or check or clean MAF sensor.

If VCG is leaking, it can cause misfires too.
