Sounds like thermostat failed open. Common problem it seems.

Yes i thought about same, but if thermostat is dead could its lead to pressure in coolant hose ?

Pressure in coolant system is normal, depends on how you define it. It is relative on how you measure it. Of course coolant hoses should not be rock hard.
In any case for your problem change main thermostat and egr thermostat and you will probably be fine.

Thanks my egr is closed i mean its outprogrammed, should i still change thermostat there to? And could EGR get pressurised by something ? Beacuse there in EGR some swtich thats you can open and close so do i have to do it also ?

I am unknowlaged about this stuff hope someone can answer my questions thanks.

And pressure not rock hard but its gets pretty rock hard when 2hours of driving, and coolant or oil none leaks or missing.

The coolant system is always pressurized. 100% normal. If you're not getting up to temp change the thermostat. You're making this a lot more complicated than it actually is.

EGR thermostat does not care if EGR is closed or not so makes sense to replace because they usually go bad due to age on M57.
