jb4 help with steering wheel controls

Does anybody else have an issue with trying to change the map through the steering wheel controls. I follow the video on burger tuning and cannot get the orange screen to pop up like he does in the video FML. Someone help me

Start engine and press volume down and the station down simultaneously.. The orange screen should pop up..are u sure all the
Connections are correct?
