My car unfortunately has FRM1 Back to the topic though, I really like these lights and will have to add these to my wishlist. I just wonder if they'll look good on TiAg.

I wonder what benefits FRM3 has over FRM2? I think they would look great on Tiag. Probably better with the silver eyebrow than the traditional white, but both probably look good. This could also give you some additional contrast if you also wanted to do other black accents (like splitters, mirrors, roof, trunk lip, etc.).

Assuming you have FRM2, coding could be done through NCSExpert, or with the Carly OBD Smartphone adapter.

[QUOTE=Ali-323i;20265164]Yes, good point. Totally forgot about that. I'm lucky to have a mid-'07 model that came with FRM2. Worst case, I suppose he could retrofit FRM2 or 3... but not sure what's involved in that.
I wonder what benefits FRM3 has over FRM2? I think FRM3 is required if you are going pre lci to LCI Xenons or LCI tail lights. Don't know for sure though. If I'm wrong then I don't know what other features FRM3 has that FRM2 doesn't have.

It's the bulb check that does that. You can code it off, I kept it because I wanna know whe a tail light goes out.

So far, I've only seen the adjustment to lower cut off, and while I do need to do it, I haven't had a chance to yet (sorry to anyone I've blinded along the way... I will prioritize this accordingly, lol).

I think the angled cutoff is so that you can light up road signs.

Even with the halogen bulbs, if you look right at them at eye level, they can be blinding.

I have OPT7 LED H7 kit and it is better than a hid kit imo. There is no flickering and no warm-up time. I have had bad luck with hid kits. I had to replace them every few months because the ballasts went bad.
