Honestly there is really no need to do that.
What do you hope to gain from doing that ?
unless your tracking the car full-time , the plus +-5 degree difference won't matter.
Spend your money elsewhere perhaps

was also thinking of ceramic coating the new PS2's and downpipes to keep under hood temps cooler. Its got to be a much more substantial difference than 5 degrees

I had my headers ceramic coated by this guy. Also a few other friends have used him. Price was decent and the work was good.

Also interested how the locals work out. Looking to do the same on the turbo manifold/turbine housing on the track car(turbo miata) and hoping for someone with a reputable product that will stay

IMO downpipes I wouldnt bother with unless its a track car and heat is a much bigger killer.

I ran my Ar downpipes for 12 years, 220,000km, without a coating on them.
My old car is now on its 3rd owner still going strong.

No need for it, IMO.
