I haven't used it with the BMW yet since I have some Castrol 0w40 I got on clearance.

Molygen is pretty cool though. The whole fluorescent thing makes finding leaks really easy. |

Changed differential oil
Changed it for the first time at 49K. Didn't look to dirty, I supposed could have gone another 10-20K. Bought from the dealer, the price was $25, figured not that much more than aftermarket, so don't want to wonder if i bought the right stuff.

This weekend I changed the OFHG, also replaced a coolant hose that had some heat cracking on the outside of it. This is the hose that bolts into the oil filter housing gasket, so I used the opportunity to swap out the plastic mickey mouse looking thing for a billet aluminum one.

Just got my windows tinted today. Got the ceramic film to keep the heat out of my black interior. I went with 30% so it doesn't look too dark, and draw too much attention to myself.

I had 40% tints on the car when I bought it, so they charged $60 to remove it, and then $380 for the ceramic tint. There's a premium for it, but it's worth it for me. Carbon tint would have been cheaper. I'd guess around $310ish for removal and install.

Yeah, and for our diff's, it isn't a big deal either way. As long as you didn't buy the one with the friction modifiers.

Rebalanced my front wheels. The shop accidentally put the weights on the opposite side that they were supposed to be which made it vibrate at 75. They fixed it quick with no hassle.

I replaced my valve cover over the weekend. Had leaking gasket and bad pcv valve. Tore the new eccentric shaft sensor gasket in the process. Took 4 days to complete, but mostly due to mistakes I was making. Could do it again in like 4 hours

today my low mileage 2008 335xi E92 crossed a milestone, it just went over 20K miles....... I looked down too late to capture the exact moment (20,001) but didn't feel like backing up for a mile to capture 20,000
