Bimmersport Automotive - your GTA BMW shop!
I'd just like to introduce myself as I am a new member/sponsor. We are a shop located in the GTA (Derry/410 to be exact) that specializes only in BMW. We provide services from regular maintance to performance upgrades. Our diagnostic software are up to date (GT1/SSS/OPS diagnostic tools), and we are suppliers for many BMW aftermarket companies such as AA tuning, UUC Motorwerks, Turner Motorsport and many more. Keep your eyes open for our specials, group buys and also events (July 27th - will be posting thread shortly with details). If you have any inquiries or would like to book an appointment, please dont hesitate to give Moe (Service Manager) a call.
BTW, You guys have a really nice website and mature forum members (as you may know from other forums, maturity can be an issue ) Charlie Nour Owner 905 670 9200 |

Are you guys able to disable the DRLs on Canadian spec'd cars? I've done the Xenon retrofit but the DRLs cause the xenon shutter to buzz until I flash my highbeams. Ideally, I want to disable the halogen DRLs to get rid of the buzzing and then do the angel-eye DRL mod.

Hi Charlie,
I've read that Dino oil is better during break-in than sythetic. If I bring my new car in, would you change the oil for the break-in period of 1800 kms? What oil would you use? |

I know, after some more browsing I'm happy I did.
Desi, I'm sorry but unfortunately it is against the highway traffic act and deemed "unsafe" on canadian roads. Although we might be able to help you out, give me a call. Quant, Considering BMW filled synthetic from the beginning it is better to keep using synthetic oil. What you could do is use a different oil brand. Which oil are you using right now? There are premium synthetics like Lubro-moly or Elf oil which does make a difference even oil Mobil 1 oil. |

Are you going to design your own maps so you can inject them before his injector comes out to market? |

No intro needed
+1 for Charlie and the team at Bimmersport.
I've had lots of upgrades done on my 2003 M3 Cabrio and very satisfied. Would recommend them without hesitation.
