wow...most of you have 325. You guys are really hp hungers. BTW, it only showed around 5 HP and 5 ft-lb torques gained on a 330i MT. What is the gain on 325i? Maybe 2hp and 2.5 ft-lb torques? For those with steptronic, not sure how much you will gain, any result for these? With AT, you automatically lose ~14HP/10ft-lb torques compared to those with MT.
If HP is so important to you, next time get MT to save you ~$1300 and gain extra HP/torques.

I have a 325 MT. I am not going for the gains, but more so the sound available through the intake. gruppe M has one of the best reputations for intakes, but I doubt it will be any noticeable gain for day to day driving...

I drove a 330i MT with similar miles to mine (post-break in), and I felt a difference, but only a small, small difference... Thats a change of 40hp... I doubt Ill feel the 5hp (at best) gain from the intake...

no way the intake will go for less than half with a group buy... I would say $700 should be our figure...

Hunter, have you even talked to any suppliers yet? This needs to be done before we get our list of 20. This way people know exactly what they are getting when they sign up. I would say if we get 20, $700 should be a fair price...

Ryan tried his best but GruppeM would not budge much at all

The retail for this intake is 1195

So the BESTTT Gruppem would do for even a group of this size is around $850...

850$ for a intake is a bit too much i think, but it's better than the retail price i guess...

to be honest.. this is a great product with great quality. When a product cost that much you cant expect it to drop to like 5-600 bucks.. 1200-850 is still a really good price difference i think. This intake isnt for everyone...

I think the Eissemanm exhaust gains more hp than this intake on the 325 MT, Long. If you combine both, that's a different story. It'd be nice to gain extra 10-15hp on these combined mods.
