Usb in my car 2011 335i s6fla

I need a wiring diagram for this part of anyone has one. Need to know it it goes into the radio or into the combox. Usb or the aux does not work no power going to usb with test light tried different coding settings cannot get anything to work with this. If some one could provide me with a diagram so I can. Understand the wire route a little better that would be great. None on alldata

Goes to the Combox for usb and every install the I have seen the
Aux goes to the same that means two Fakra connectors on the end.

https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/

Look up combox in the above.

https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/f...ombox/DyLlSyGQ

Maybe not the same as the mulf 2 hi which does have an aux connector.

I have been up and down those diagrams and Cannot for the life of me find a proper diagram. I have no power coming out of the combox for the usb there is power going into the combox. I only have an sos code from the Kombi receiver A56F but no other codes I have been pulling may hair out with this to the point where I might just buy and android radio. Bluetooth states please wait this whole radio system is just annoying::

If you did not have a TCU or Mulf2 hi in the car before you added
the combox chances are the fuse will be missing from the
Cabin Fuse board.
You need to get the diagram for whatever kit you had an measure
for 12 volts on the appropriate pin.

The other thing is where you able to code the 6fl in successfully ?
This is not a plug and play modification.
There is some rewiring even with the Mulf 2 hi . (For the Microphone)
There are harnesses that are made for the retrofit for bimmeretrofits)
And for wireless bluetooth the idrive must be at a certain software level.

SOS indicates it's looking for the TCU as it hasn't been programmed out.
This would continue even if you go to and aftermarket head unit.
Sorry this isn't simple even for people who have done it unless they
have done the whole process. (including all the programming and harness
retrofits)

Doesn't look like anything I have ever seen before.
And it certainly not the Combox shown in the schematics.

Got a close up of what is says on the box.

This is a Bluetooth module that I have read about that is under the drivers seat supposedly. The combox is passenger side right behind rear seat under mat. But in those schematics a873 is a usb module so I am wondering if that's it going to life the seat Tommorow and check and see if it's under there and if it's getting power and ground if it is

Your last post is unreadable.
And that is not the Combox drawing look at the labeling
on the side of the big block.
Some cars with the older version have a USB Hub on US Driver side
footwell side panel. As far as I know they stopped putting that in
with the Combox in 2010.

The diagram you put up is the Mulf 2 Hi setup not the Combox.

I was going on the link opjose sent up top, thinking that was the schematics for my vehicle in the above post. There is 1 red light on the combox but obviously but being unplugged cannot see if it's traveling through there. I looked under the drivers dash and there is no red light at the port there meaning there is a break somewhere correct?

Yes you should have at least on red light on any connection
you pull if the loop is intact.

Should there be a red light at that connector?
What happened to sending information over good old fashion copper wiring. There's a break you ohm out the wires find the break repair or over lay and your all set this here is an absolute nightmare.
I also looked at that junction behind the passenger rear bolster and nothing looked broken

Everything begins at the Radio or Idrive.

Radio has the red light combox has the red light diag port does not have the red light. Amp doesn't have any fiber going to it. I don't see it needed to go anywhere but the radio to the combox. Am I wrong for thinking that ?

So I've come to the conclusion that it is a faulty combox even the used one I ordered. I went into the junction box that's behind the bolster and the depinned them all coming from the radio has light so plugged that back in, and plugged the one going to combox back in. I then unplugged the combox fiber wire and plugged in a jumper and I got light now coming out but when plugged into the combox I have nothing
