2011 335is cabriolet

I just had a KW kw V2 kit installed on my car and had ordered these coil spacers... with the kit, but the shop tells me they did not fit.

Anyone use these before, or a different spacer with this kit? I really want that extra adjustment room to play with and go up. Also how do I adjust the ride softness? I still run on the OEM RFT 050s, but sure feels like super rough.... on the ride.

Thanks,
Mark
