Brembo Fx calipers on other makes of car

Does anyone know if the blue brembos that come on the Fx chassis cars are used by other manufacturers as oem equipment?
As I'm contemplating swapping to these brakes I thought to widen my search, and to perhaps find a bargain, there maybe other car manufacturers that used exactly the same calipers.
Anyone know the brembo part numbers for the 340mm & 370mm front calipers and the 345mm rear calipers (UK/EU spec if any different to anywhere else)?

Unfortunately no. Only on F series BMW
