Yet another problem with my 2010 335i n55

So I have been driving the car everyday, when I accelerate with only half the pedal down the car feels like it's trying to boost but can't and I hear this fluttering sound, when I go WOT and redline it I get engine malfunction reduced power. Any ideas guys?

Fault codes? Could you have blown a charge pipe? Do everyone a favor and do some basic troubleshooting so proper advice can be given.
