One thing i found with with tire shine is that, if you have small tires, you dont even get to see them shine!. I put some shine in my tires and they looked nice, but not super noticable. Then i put it in my buddy's '00 TL and damn, the stuff was shiny! Small tires i guess are just not ment to shine 225/35/19 and 265/30/19

Also, not all tires are created equal. Michellin performance tires "absorb" more dressing while Bridgestone performance tires tend to let the dressing sit on top. In the end, what works for someone may not work for you. |

Anyone ever used this: http://www.meguiars.com/?tire-care/Hot-Shine-Tire-Foam
It's a white foam that you spray on and in about 5-10 minutes it dissolves onto the tire. I'm curious to know how people compare this to Black Magic, which everyone seems to love.

Meguiars Hyper Dressing. You dillute it from 1:1 to 4:1 depending on your taste. Spreads forever, and although being waterbased, it last a good while.

Guys, using these silicone or was it petroleum based products cause the tire to look duller once the product wears out...if you get a waterbased product, you might not get the shiniest finished product but your tire will stay looking like you just put it on... just a thought, i dont practice what i preach either.
