Because of the heat we have here in houston, like you in vegas, it is more important to keep your car free of dirt.. that junk literally bakes into your paint and wheels!!

x2. The bipolar weather this past week or so is really throwing my wash schedule off though. I pretty much wash my car whenever i notice it's getting dirty, which would be at least once a week. But seems like everytime I wash my car now it rains. But I suppose a clean car that gets rained on is better than a dirty car that gets rained on lol.

Weekly if I can, bi-weekly at the latest. I also wax every month.

Because of the heat in Phoenix, I don't even start until about 9pm, sometimes later.

Ideally once every two weeks but it's been two months since the last time. I have black sapphire metallic. It's more of a yellow/gray color now. Looks horrible.

I do a descent wash every 10 days.

a nice wash (like tonight :P), probably twice a month. I'll start making a habit of it

I don't think it's bad to wash a car too much... i mean, if you did it like 5 times a day... That'd be excessive...

IMO if it's too hard on your car to wash it often, you're using something that is damaging to your vehicle at any interval and you should use something else. Anyway, I wash mine about once a week. More during the winter here. #%&*ing salt...

Washed my TSX twice a week for the first 5 years, then sporadically the 6th.... the 330 i started out washing every week, but yeah, I've been busy with work and everything else...today was the first day I've washed it in a month... almost looks like a different car (though white hides just how dirty it was fairly well)

Whenever it gets dirty, usually after I've been driving in the rain. So for me that could either be twice a week or every other week, just depends on the weather.

Once a week for me. hand wash. i never go to those places that have brushes. if i'm too lazy, i'll end up going to one of those laser washes that are brushless (haven't yet).

two buckets, two mitts. that's about as anal as i'll be. i use a separate bucket and brush for the wheels, i do the wheels at least twice a week, i can't stand the brake dust look.

once a month, i put some poorboy's wheel wax on the wheels. i just finally got around and jetseal 109'ed my car and it's looking real nice. i really need to get out and wax the car too.

on that note, it's sunday, i might as well go wash the car while the kids take their nap.

Usually about every two weeks or so. Depending on the weather.
