New wheels for 328i e92

Hey guys, recently picked up a 2007 328i completely stock. Only thing not stock are the JNC bbs reps. Currently wanting to replace them because previous owner bent and curb rashed the crap out of them. I love the way they look. But I hate knowing they're curbed and bent. I know they're 18" and 5x120 pattern, but I have 0 clue if they're 18x8.5 or 18x8.0 or even 18x9.0. It's on stock suspension and I would like to run either 18s or 19s. Not looking to break the bank but can anyone help me with what size and offset I should go with? I may end up ordering another set of JNCs. But I really need to know what size and offset and what not to go with.

Also considering coils. But not looking to break the bank on them either. Been looking at ECS for them. But any tips on them as well would be awesome. (Also this is my DD)

What's your budget for new wheels? Personally I think that the apex arc8 offers the best look/ fitment for the price on any e9x. As far as the ECS coils, you kinda get what you pay for as they are that cheap for the reason but would probably suffice for a daily driver.

I think the Style 197's look good on a 328, they are 18" staggered, made by BBS and come on E92 328 Sport models. I got lucky when I found a mint set for $500 and put them on my E46.

pull one of the wheels and look behind the spokes.
the size and offset should be stamped somewhere in there.
