Still have little bit of sludge in coolant reservoir after OFHG replacement

So I replaced OFHG and OFCG and my coolant cap still has a very small lip of sludge.

Would the only way to make it clean and not come back be to replace the expansion tank? I already did an oil change and a coolant flush. My oil cap underneath if very clean and no sludge at all.
