Bought e93 and question about interior bits
Hi, just got my first BMW after having JDM cars always.
I attached a picture of the middle of the rear seats I am not sure what this is. and it does not open fully, just the one side when I press the button. Must be stuck. [SOLVED]Same in the front I guess is another cup holder but when i press it seams stuck. [/SOLVED] Previous owner was a slob so bunch of stuff could be sticky. How do I open them fully safely. Cupholder - if it's just sticky, you can remove and clean it up to get it unschtook.
Here's a good video for removal, repair and reinstall:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASjB-GtyIZE

Sticky cup holder
The cupholders in front have "single push" release. Mine broke, the spring didn't push the holder out. So...push it in to unlatch, and at the same time, use something to gently pry it out .
