indicator
hi
i not driven car from 2008 11 01 today started car and got warning with this indicator in a CHECK CONTROL section, after inserted and again started car icon gone, also red in a manual: Lights up in yellow: > Control of the brake lamps failed or > fuel supply malfunctioning, or > trailer lamps malfunctioning You can continue your journey, but moderate your speed and exercise due caution. Have the system in question checked without delay. Wonder is it nothing special

If you don't have a code reader and it keeps popping up, it's probably something worth getting checked out (assuming you've checked the taillamps and such). I'd be annoyed by it if nothing else...

Sounds like someone isn't going to have 29.1.1 for much longer! Sorry, I couldn't resist. Good luck with the repair.

Just reset it and it will go away. I have this icon popping-up like every month, and the dealer can't do anything about it. So I just end up reseting it every time. takes two minutes.

I think it has someting to do with low battery level charge. Drive it for a while and recharge the battery and it should go away. Undervoltage causes lots of modules to react badly and send signals.

Wow. It's not good not to drive a car for such a long period of time...
