Android radio. Buttons on the steering wheel don't work

Hello guys.
My name is Max, I'm from Ukraine.
Some time ago I installed this android car play multimedia in my e90.
Everything works ok except buttons on the steering wheel. Fiber optic connectors (not sure how it's called in English, sorry) were unplugged from the stock connector and plugged into an Android one.

Any ideas why buttons on the steering wheel don't work?
also, these buttons don't work.

You show a pro BMW Oem Pro Radio .
What are the specifics of what you have in the car.
For the Most Bus to work you must have a Working BMW Head unit.
And the Most Bus must be plugged in and the Head Unit working
and programmed for the Most Bus to work.
