I also bought from them in the past and have nothing but the positives to say about them. I live in North Cal and have met the guys that work there so its hard for me to believe that they would intentionally cheat you out of your money.
I am in sales and trust me when I say this ----"Attitude" makes a big difference in negotiation. I have gone out of my way to please disgruntle customers who are "Nice" and I also have done the bare minimum to those who are "Mean Spirited".

Why didnt you tell them they were defective and let them offer a solution? Asking for $50 to get it "professionally painted" sounds kind of shady. Stupid threads like this wind up increasing the cost of doing business so thanks.

Being that i too, run a online business, this should be directly be dealt with with Jlevi before you publicly post a negative comment about them. Just because they had an issue with your order, does not mean they run a bad business. there are many people who had great and easy transactions with them. You sir, single handedly might have affected their business. Over overspray? which may not even be enough to issue a refund. Please post pics, and please if you have issues with their business, deal with them. Plus its memorial day weekend, give them a break. people are with their friends and family.

OP grow up, stop whining and be a man. You are the 1st person in a whole world who complained about Jlevi. As far as I know, Jlevi stands behind their products.
Like somebody else has mentioned an attitude is a key.

I don't understand why the mods allow a post like this to stay alive. It's on the wrong forum for once and seems to be a troll post. A post like this can do a lot of damage to a company which seems to generally have good service.

I have spent over 1K with Jlevi and had no problems what so ever. I plant on spending thousands more as soon as I get the cash.
OP, just call and tell them whats up. Nick or someone will take care of everything for you. No need to make a pointless thread because you have your panties in a bunch~ |

Just what I have heard.... and yes on this forum and through people that have done business with them and there are other posts, within the last day even, from all sorts of people having bad customer service and regardless, everyone has their own opinions. Just giving what I've heard and if u don't like it, I'll pull out a violin

i had a problem, and edison got back with me today by email and all is good.... solaris bulbs replaced by jlevisw and cover replaced @ a cost of 15.00....he/they are at the mercy of the supplier...if they want cover the product there hands are tied unless the flip the bill and cover the charges the supplier ask for. I went ahead and ordered bmw sockets just for safe measure. plus jlevisw gave me a discount on my hid kit order that i just placed<i wish i would have done that at the beginning..lesson learned> and a free gift for my trouble... i am completely satisfied.
