the mold was made in house with mdf , just make the shape you need lay the carbon cloth inside, add resin and vacuum bag we done the same for the foot rest which was a lot more work

I'm jealous of the composite skills. I worked with it in college and came away with an appreciation for just how difficult it is to produce quality pieces. Yours look great.
