Is my MAF sensor toast?

car is throwing 2 codes - fuel bank rich.

the MAF lb/s looks strange to me - is 0.01 lb/s at idle and 0.02 lb/s at 2k rpm messed up?

ive cleaned it, but looks like it may need replacing...

is that scanner reading the correct output? is there an actual code or problem with the car?

also keep in mind you are reving the car with no load on it, so the airflow will be small anyway.
