Wheel Spec Help?!

So im currently in the progess of getting a new set of wheels, this some some forgestar f14's, and im currently running 18x9 +22 with a 12mm spacer in the front, would i be able to run 18x10 with a higher offset in the front with stretched tires? help me out!

Or if anyone has pics and info of f14's on a e90 with some nice fitment let me know dem specs (:
