E90 Battery Issue
I got an E90 with 140k miles. The battery is close to 3 years old.
A couple of days ago, I noticed the clock has been reset, along with other things, but the car started fine. Yesterday, getting back to the car after about 6 hours of getting somewhere, the car was completely dead. A jump start got it going. Today, I removed the battery, took it to Walmart, where it was originally purchased, after thorough testing, they confirmed that the battery is completely fine (they showed me their test device displaying the message). Put the battery back in the car, started, it fired up fine. 6 hours later, I tried to start, dead again. A jump got me running again. ------------------------- Should I just buy a new battery? Could this be something else? |

So, I got some numbers here:
The car started in the morning and also in the evening. We had overcast here and it wasn't that hot. While the car was off: At the battery: 12.37v At the front terminals: 12.35v I do own a BT Tool, yet need to get hands-on a Windows computer to run it (Wish they had macOS, Android, or iOS). |
