Company seems pretty legit, looks like they are an OEM manufacturer for this type of stuff to car companies, not just a garage project.

I have an X5 with the digital cluster and love the look but BMW's implementation is so disappointing, they basically just give you what you had with a non digital cluster, almost no customization, really basic stuff, in fact I have less info in some cases than I do in the E90 for data to display, so much potential and so little effort to use it.

This on the other hand looks like they will have a lot of options to customize change colors and display info etc, all the stuff that it should do!

I think for your X5 there is a off road package and driver assist professional package and executive package that beefs up your digital cluster with extra features. If you get the standard stuff then your digital cluster is just basic stuff.

Since most of that is coding and software based I'm certain someone will eventually find a way to unlock those factory digital cluster. It has been done for generations. BMW generations. lol.

I have all the options and I have it coded to the X5M gauges (or Alpina if I am in a blue mood) but still just should be so much more customizable that it is - Tesla wins at this stuff I guess. It should at least let you a few styles colors etc you could change maybe move the stuff around a bit - even Audi has a lot more options in theirs.

I'm surprised.

BMW advertises the new digital odometers as if they are more than what you are experiencing.

It's nice but well over priced for what it is.

Agreed. If they cut the price in half they'd have a lot more buyers. Volume >
