New tires, CC creations CF hood, AFE enclosed cold air intake, Stock hood/intake as well.

New rims

Now to sell my automatic 335i lol

Well i now own 2 335's my other one has 120k miles on it, original turbos and 450 whp

I think ill paint it, and leave the vents and the hump in the center exposed as CF

Yes, Jb4, Mtech Rear, M3 side skirts, Mtech front, CF diffuser, AFE Catless Dp's, and muffler delete.

Already have the mtech rear, and M3 side skirts.. ill probably get another BOV as well

Well the titek sounds nice, but i noticed the Tial had a higher pitch.. Ive had the titek for quite some time, i might try something else this time.

So you purchased another N54 because you wanted Manual? I have considered doing this with my current AT N55, but would most likely come out at a big loss.

Are you going to move your mods from the old car into the new one before selling?

I have more mods i never installed, but no a friend of mine is buying my other one as is, and im getting a decent price out of it./ And i am 100% happy with it. especialy with the price
