I would love an M3, especially if I lived in Euro...

Now, lets put it against a 335 with coilovers/sways/piggyback and see how they stack up on a road course.

Definitely... I was just pointing out that it would be nice if a modded 335 could compete with the new M around a track also.

turbos are fun, but an M car is just damn fun to drive. I love driving the Mcoupe, and it has nowhere the power that my E90 has. I love how raw and ragged it is

Sweet torque curve.
Ironic the 350 rwhp is exactly what the v2.0.2 on 93 Octane with conservative settings of 92% puts down. But the v2.0.2 335i weighs probably ~125 lbs less and puts down about 90-100 lbs-ft of torque more. The M3 looks great and will find it's buyer, but the 335i will severly cut into it's sales compared to the e46 versions. Last edited by Driver72; 12-21-2007 at 09:29 PM.. |

Its a great engine and fantastic engineering right out of the box. Cant argue that a modded 335i isnt fast though...
