High pitch wheezing sound

Does anyone realize there's a high pitch wheezing sound upon unlocking with your fob?

It will go away about 2 minutes after locking.

Does it have anything to do with Comfort Access (detecting mode)?

I believe it's the fuel pump priming the engine in anticipation of starting the engine. Someone correct me?
